Our 3-Stage Neutralization Process
Stage #1
Identification & Physical Cleaning
We begin by locating and removing the physical source of the odor. Whether it involves cleaning duct linings, scrubbing AHU coils, or clearing drainage accumulation, we ensure no organic matter remains to off-gas.
Stage #2
Active Neutralization (Thermal/ULV)
We deploy specialized ultra-low volume (ULV) fogging or thermal fogging units. This process releases a fine mist of neutralizing agents that bond with odor molecules in the air and on surfaces, neutralizing them instantly without leaving a sticky residue.
Stage #3
Air Scrubbing & Filtration
As a final step, we use industrial air scrubbers equipped with activated carbon and HEPA filters. This pulls the neutralized air through a multi-stage filtration system, removing any remaining airborne particulates and leaving the space truly odorless.
